Floors are such a fun part of the home to get creative with!
Even if it’s just a little hallway or a bathroom – a small amount of funky
flooring can set a great vibe throughout the house.

How fantastic is this floor? The home
was built over a creek, so that’s real nature underneath!

These tiles look so cool with the muted tones in the rest of
the room. I especially love how the chair is a mismatched pattern. You can keep
the walls simple (like this cream color above) to really show off how beautiful
the floor is.

Perfect for a mudroom, these tiles fancify even the most
boring of places! Here’s another mixed pattern example of a chair and floor.

I can’t get over these floors! They are so majestic, retro
and modern, all at the same time. They’re a nice take on the traditional black
and white checkered flooring.

The accent walls and doors really bring
out the green in this funky bathroom tiling. As I mentioned, when a room is
small you can really go all out with the floor design.

Have you ever seen such a unique floor pattern as this? I’m
not quite sure what you’d call this room (or whose house it would belong in!)
but it’s just another fun example of how far a little detailed flooring can
take your decoration.
Do you have any special flooring in your home? If you could
renovate any room in your house with a funky tile like the ones above, which
would you choose?
All of these floors are so interesting, but I am really captivated by the top one with the glass and creek bed! Thanks, Tiffany, for posting them.
